Services

 

Waste materials from demolition after crushing and screening can be used for piling mats.

Once the pile mat is put in place, we implement a rigorous maintenance and repair schedule to ensure the plant will remain stable for the duration of the project.

Pile Mat Installation.

We reduce the ground to the required level for piling, proof roll the substrate and dig out soft spots. We then fill with 6F5 then proof roll again whilst carrying out plate bearing tests to the required shear value.

We spread out 6F2 to the required thickness and also lay geotextile if required. We roll and compact each layer and continually perform plate bearing tests until completion.
